Project purpose
Isopor com Elas is ADIC Engenharia's social project dedicated to training women in the Monolithic Panel construction system. The initiative aims to open new professional opportunities in the construction industry, combining technical training, inclusion and social responsibility.

Private participation
For those who do not meet the free-participation criteria, participation is available in the private modality.

- 6-hour duration
- Up to 20 participants per class

Do I have to pay to take part?
Participation is free for women enrolled in CadÚnico or an official municipal social program, subject to later verification and seat availability. Those who do not meet these criteria can take part in the private modality, for R$ 499,99.
Do I need to provide documents in the form?
No. The pre-registration form does not ask for a CPF, ID, driver's license, NIS or any document. Supporting documents for social programs may be requested later, only via WhatsApp, to review eligibility for free participation.
What is the minimum age to take part?
18 years old.
Where does the training take place?
In Itu, São Paulo or São José do Rio Preto, São Paulo, depending on the class.
How long does the training last?
6 hours.
Will I receive a certificate?
Yes, a certificate of participation.

No. Submitting the form does not guarantee a seat, benefit or enrollment. ADIC Engenharia will confirm all details via WhatsApp.
